I realized I had to do something about my weight, I couldn't get out of the car or sit down to eat at a restaurant with out a struggle. But it takes determination, dedicated just like with eating, only exersize I like is Richard Simon's theory, you half to move it to lose it. That's what I did thanks to Premier. I have succeeded, i went from 248 lbs to 165 lbs. I have M.S. but I didn't let that stop me. I get on the treadmil and work, and all the other exercize equipment. You half to be consistant to lose, try and eat more fruit, veg. If I can do it anybody can.
